While we do not offer warranties, we are committed to transparency and ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers. Please read our detailed Return and Refund Policy below:
- Cancellation and Returns:
- Cancellation in Case of Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective product, promptly notify our delivery personnel during delivery. Report the complaint by writing us at return@vintagevibesindia.com. We will assess the damage or defect within 48 hours and provide an appropriate solution. If the product is broken, we may offer a return, replacement, or other corrective measures.
- Cancellation in Case of Wrong Product: If the product does not comply with the specifications of your original order, raise the issue immediately by contacting us at the same number.
- Cancellation in Case of Change in Requirement: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and a full refund will be initiated. However, cancellation is only possible if the product is still in the pre-production stage. Once a product has been dispatched from the warehouse, cancellation is not feasible. Please note that we do not cancel or refund any decor, furnishing, lamp, or lighting orders, as these are third-party products directly dispatched from the vendor’s warehouse to the customer.
- Timelines and Queries:
- Address or submit any damage or defect concerns within 48 hours of receiving the product. After this timeline, queries related to damage or defect will not be entertained.
- For fragile products, we request customers to share an unboxing video in case of damage or defect.
HOW REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED
- Refunds:
- All refunds and replacement processes are subject to the pickup of canceled items from your premises.
- Once we receive the products back at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund within 2-3 days.
- Refund Method:
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be sent to the same card.
- Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Non-Refundable Items:
- We do not cancel or refund any decor, furnishing, lamp, or lighting orders, as mentioned earlier.
- Please choose carefully, as some products are marked as final sale items.

Request for Video of Damaged Product
Dear valued customer,
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the damaged product you received. To expedite the return process and assist us in assessing the issue, we kindly request that you provide a short video showing the damage.
Instructions for the Video:
- Clear Lighting: Ensure the area is well-lit so that the damage is clearly visible.
- 360-Degree View: Capture the entire product from different angles, focusing on the damaged areas.
- Close-Ups: Zoom in on any specific defects, scratches, or breakages.
- Narration (Optional): If possible, briefly describe the damage in the video.
Please send the video to return@vintagevibesindia.com within 48 hours of receiving this email. Once we receive the video, our team will promptly initiate the return process and guide you through the next steps.
